Monte started a café’ during Sunday school and the church has a thriving bible study every week. Man Cave Monday on Zoom originated during Covid because of the need for men to fellowship and continues to grow. While at Mt Zion the congregation has made numerous improvements and upgrades to the physical plant as well as their spiritual souls.
Rev. Reggie was appointed to Calvary UMC in Ambler Pa. in 2024 as he continues to serve God and God’s people during retirement. Reggie is married to Lisa who is also a minister, and they have 3 grown children and two grandchildren.

Paula Johns
Paula became Calvary’s Administrative Assistant in 2013. She came to Calvary with 13 years of experience as a secretary and enjoys working in a church environment. “It helps to keep me close to God's work,” she says. Among the many gifts that God has given her, her true passion is singing. She comes from a very musical family. She studied piano at the age of 5 (the 3 B’s…Bach, Beethoven & Brahms)…her mother, Mertine Johns was an opera singer and her father, a church organist. But she didn't just stick with the 3Bs - Paula discovered jazz. Music from the Great American Songbooks of George & Ira Gershwin, Cole Porter, Berlin, and others, are in her repertoire. She also dabbles in quite a few other things like interior decorating, photography, art…. she'll "try anything". Oh, and she just LOVES humor and laughter!
